Reservations


Reservations: All reservations booked by telephone
are tentative until the party booking the function signs the contract
and or remits the deposit. We reserve the right to change the location
of your function room if the guaranteed attendance drops the original
guarantee.
Menu Selection: To be certain of availability of your selection, we require that all menus be confirmed two weeks in advance.
Guarantee: A final guarantee of the number of
persons attending will be required five working days prior to the
function(during office hours). This count is not subject to
reduction. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide
the guarantee prior to the 5 day deadline. Charges will be based upon
the final guarantee or actual number of guests served, whichever is
greater.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required for each
function. The deposit will be retained if the function is cancelled
with insufficient notice.
Service Charge: A 16% service charge will be assessed to all food and beverage.
Tax: The State of Maryland requires that a 6% tax be added to all food, beverage and service charges.
Payment: Final payment must be made five days prior
to the function. Payment is to be made in the form of cash, check or
money order. If payment is made by a credit card, a 5% charge will be
added to the total amount of your bill.
